A Northern Beaches local, Nadia is a founding director of Karim + Nicol Lawyers with a wealth of experience in the Criminal Law. Nadia also has experience in quasi-criminal matters including coronial inquests, parole hearings, AVO applications and select civil matters.
Nadia co-founded Karim + Nicol Lawyers with the goal of establishing a new generation of criminal defence lawyers. She is passionate about fighting for the rights of others and prides herself on being a compassionate yet determined advocate. She aims to provide a unique service where exceptional and genuine legal representation is available and affordable.
Nadia has successfully defended clients facing charges across the full spectrum of the law. She has a vast criminal practice including Local and Children’s Court matters, as well as complex State and Commonwealth prosecutions in superior courts. Nadia has appeared in a number of criminal cases ranging from serious sex offences, commercial drug supply, armed robbery, murder and serious assaults.
Having spent most of her career in the court room, Nadia is well respected by the profession and judiciary. Nadia is known for her persuasive advocacy, ability to simplify, scrupulous preparation and professionalism. Nadia recognises the value of professional collaboration and works closely with experienced barristers to ensure that you receive the highest level of service.
